Our Metered Rates Policy, Explained:

- You can sign up, enroll, or have as many members as you want. We only bill for outgoing segments not for replies. You can send as many segments as you like, there is no cap on messages on any of our plans. Segments are billed at the metered rate for that message type: SMS or MMS.

- Our Standard Tier doesn’t include an interactive dashboard/s but will still receive a static dashboard with real-time results based on your campaign type.

- Almost every company out there that does SMS marketing or outreach, sells you blocks of “credits” .. leaving the client (in our opinion) with either too few or too many credits each month. With the overage rate being outrageously high - - often many many many times over the standard rate - - leading them to more profits but at the cost of the very clients using their services. We do Not agree with that philosophy and do not put our clients in that situation.

- With our platform, you only pay for what you send. You don’t have to worry about advancing membership tiers and credit packages, and you never have to worry about overages or member/enrollee caps.

- Outgoing messages are based on a tiered rate that decreases with total volume of segments sent. This count does not expire or reset monthly/yearly.

- *All metered rates apply Only to outgoing segments, you are never billed for incoming messages.
